Privacy Policy

Fixly AI ("the app") is a keyboard and companion app made by Zodinet. This policy explains what happens to your data. In short: we do not collect, store or sell any of your data. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising.

What stays on your device

• What you type. Keys you press are processed on your iPhone to insert text, apply Vietnamese Telex and show suggestions. Typed text is never sent anywhere by the keyboard unless you tap an AI action (see below).
• Learned words. To suggest words and next words, the keyboard remembers up to 2,000 words you type, stored only inside the keyboard on this device. It is not used in password, email, web address or one-time-code fields. You can turn it off in Settings › Tính năng › "Học từ bạn hay gõ"; deleting the app removes it.
• Settings, custom AI modes and text shortcuts are stored on this device only.
• API keys you enter are stored in the iOS Keychain on this device only (not synced to iCloud) and are used only to talk to the AI provider you chose.

When you use an AI action

AI runs only when you tap an AI action (for example Grammar, Translate, Quick replies, a custom mode, a Clipboard action or Share › Fixly AI). Only the text that action needs is processed: the selection, the sentence before the cursor, or the text you copied/shared.

• Apple Intelligence (on-device). When available and selected, the text is processed by Apple's on-device model and does not leave your iPhone.
• Cloud provider with your own key. If you choose a cloud provider, the text is sent directly from your device over an encrypted connection to that provider — OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Z.ai (GLM) — using your own API key. Zodinet does not receive or store it. The provider's own privacy policy and terms apply to that request.

Clipboard

The keyboard checks only whether the clipboard contains text (to show the Clipboard button). It reads the clipboard only when you tap a Clipboard action. Results you copy from the keyboard stay on this device and expire after 2 minutes.

Full Access

iOS asks you to "Allow Full Access" for third-party keyboards. Fixly AI needs it only for cloud AI requests (network), the Clipboard actions, sharing settings with the app and haptics. Typing, Telex and suggestions work without Full Access.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
